Privacy by the Sea
The villa is situated on an acre of fenced landscaped property right on the coastline of Anguilla. The view is spectacular. St. Martin sits directly across the channel, dramatic by day, dazzling at night.

The wrap-around verandah and adjoining pool and deck provide a private place for sunning, swimming and dining. The verandah is equipped with a gas grill, hammock and comfortable outdoor furniture.

The outside staircase gives direct access to the sea. A private path leading to the water ends with a short ladder into shallowwater and coral reef in a protected area.

The villa is located on the southern coast of the island. Large doors throughout the house take advantage of the pleasant breeze that blows from the east.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, airy and designed for comfort. The master bedroom has a king size bed and louvered doors that open onto the verandah. The other rooms accommodate either two twins or king size beds. The third bedroom is on the ground floor of the house on the seaside.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms and each bedroom has it's own bath with glass block shower, beautiful tile work and maple vanities.

The living area is a large comfortable room with the kitchen on one end and access to the shaded verandah on two sides. The upstairs bedrooms also connect off this room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets to make at home dining, easy and enjoyable.

About Little Harbor

Little Harbour is a village comprised of private homes and one of Anguilla's exclusive resorts. The beach, a short distance away is always calm and suitable for swimming and water sports. The area is very quiet and since it is located well off the main road there is only resident traffic.

Seaclusion is a short drive from the islands main shopping area, The Valley, and Wallblake airport. Within walking distance, Cinnamon Reef has a fine restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
