Problems building siag-3.1.13 on Solaris 2.6

Hi,

I am trying to build siag-3.1.13 on a sun4u sparc machine running
Solaris 2.6, but it fails with `setenv' being undefined in Ghostview.o

Here is a log of the build with the relevant warnings/errors shown:
